Hello! Welcome to our site and thank you for reading this blog! As much as we’d love to have a call with you, we thought we’d pander to the introverts of the world and give an exclusive look into what it’s like to work with EOSF. That being said, if chatting over the phone isn’t your thing…keep reading!
At EOSF, we firmly believe in the power of partnership! Our clients are technically clients, but in reality, they are our partners. We view them as partners, work with them as partners, and succeed as partners. Now to be perfectly clear, we make video production as easy as possible for our partners, but we don’t simply receive a task and produce a video. Of course, we can undoubtedly produce a video with little to no direction, but again we ultimately view you as a partner. What this means is your success is our success and to be successful requires a good relationship. If we understand your business, your brand, your goals, then we can tell your story in a much more effective way.
The roles we play.
For many, creating a high-level video may seem like a daunting task and this is where we come into play. Our role is to produce and deliver a high-end video with as much ease as possible. In other words, we got this! From concept through creation, our hands are on every single aspect of the video. We know you may have other roles and responsibilities within your organization, so a big part of our partnership is simply being on the same page. This enables you to go about your day as usual, while we handle the majority of the video production. Generally, we’ll be handling about 90% of all duties relating to the video, however, the last 10% is where you come in. As a partner, your role is certainly felt throughout the video production process. As such, there are a few responsibilities you’ll need to take in order to ensure a smooth and successful video production. To be clear, this won’t cover everything, but we wanted to highlight the two most critical aspects of your roles and responsibilities.
- The first is to just know your end goal. You must have a clear and concise understanding of your end goal and then communicate that to us. Knowing your end goal means knowing the purpose behind the video. It means knowing who your target audience is and why you need a video to reach them. If you have a clear end goal, then we’ll have clear direction as to what type of video you really need. Everything from the script to the way it’s filmed is directly impacted by what you’re trying to achieve with the video. Once we understand your end goal, we’ll work with you to ensure you’re going to get the best return on your investment. As much as we’d love to hand out free videos, it does have a cost and it’s important that you receive the ROI you seek.
- The second most important role you play, is one of content manager. We’ll do everything in our power to learn and understand your business, but ultimately, it’s your story. Being a content manager means you’re helping us stay on brand. It could be visual or it may be the message, but it’s important to be consistent and convey your brand to the world. A simple example of content management may be something to the effect of using the correct fonts and colors for your onscreen text or making sure you actually WANT your CFO to disclose the loss of $5 million dollars over the last quarter. Whatever the case may be, it’s critical to stay on brand and on messag
Succeeding together.
As much as we’d like to write an entire book on video production and what it’s like to work with us, you still may need to make that phone call! Sorry about that! However, we’d like to offer up one last takeaway. As mentioned earlier, your success is our success and that is something we truly believe. Personally, we’re always thrilled to see our partners succeeding with videos we created for them, but it’s also logical from a business standpoint. When our clients find success they refer us to others, write us positive reviews, and come back for more videos! What is it like to work with EOSF? It’s our company giving you every effort imaginable to create success for your business! We love what we do and we love helping our partners.
We’re hoping this short blog helped you gain insight into how we work and how we view our clients, but we’d still love to hear from you! Please feel free to call or email for more information. Let’s tell your story!
